So earlier this week we managed to rejoin RuthII in the San Blas islands off Panama .This involved flying to Panama taking a very bumpy jungle ride and a short transfer from Carti by a Panamanian longboat !! We are now cruising among the 356 islands with less than 50 populated by the Guna Tribe . Our first night was at anchor beside the Gunboat island which actually had an Air B&B photo attached . The Gunas are incredibly friendly very welcoming coming to the boat in Canoes selling fruit and veg fish and tonight we are planning to test their lobsters !! They are intrigued by our Skipper having his all female crew bless him !
Our days are busy swimming ,exploring islands eating coconuts and long Pilates classes .Today we plan to test out the new paddle board .Definitely Paradise .!We have ten days here before we sail to Shelter Bay to prepare for the Canal crossing and we plan to update this every couple of days !
